Madhav Prasad Pyakurel

Madhav Prasad Pyakurel is the founding partner of Equity Law & Co., which is a full service law firm in Nepal. He is an advocate with over 30 years of legal experience during which he has handled more than 2500 cases earning a reputation in depth of knowledge and effective advocacy. Mr. Pyakurel works in a wide range of legal fields, but he specializes in civil litigation, which includes family law, real estate law, business law, and associated civil and commercial problems. His extensive knowledge in the courtroom allows him to provide clients from a variety of backgrounds innovative, pragmatic, and goal-oriented legal solutions. In addition to his legal career, Mr. Pyakurel has a strong interest in literature. Among his well-known literary works, he is a published author. -Gularko Phool (2015) -Gauna(2024) -Yatra Ko Vangalo (2025) His book "Yatra Ko Vangalo" is a reflection of the global exposure he had from taking part in World Peace Awareness initiatives, which took him to the US, European nations, Japan, China, India, Türkiye and several other countries. His literary talents and personal beliefs have been greatly impacted by these experiences. Mr. Pyakurel frequently participates in volunteer work and social services. Mr. Pyakurel completed his Intermediate in Law (I.L.) in 1990 and Bachelor of Laws (B.L.) in 1997 from Nepal Law Campus.
